No. Each player is allowed only one wimph account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. GCash and PayMaya deposits are instant. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.

The minimum deposit at wimph is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawal processing times at wimph depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 business hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
  • UnionBank / Security Bank: 1–2 business days
All withdrawals are subject to a security review before processing. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as our team completes a final KYC check. Make sure your account is fully verified to avoid delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

There are several common reasons a withdrawal may be delayed or rejected at wimph:
