When registering for a wimph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wimph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify wimph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. wimph will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your wimph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process. wimph does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. wimph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the wimph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wimph reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wimph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your wimph account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. wimph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, wimph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
